Whether you're a long-time member or visiting for the first time, it's the perfect opportunity to meet new people, catch up with friends and find out what's happening at Companions.

Relax with a coffee and a chat. This is also the ideal time to book upcoming trips, holidays, meals, entertainment and other events.

We'll share the latest news, upcoming activities and anything else you need to know.

We finish with our popular members' prize draws before ending at around 12:15pm.
