Welcome to the Companions trip to the World Paella Day and Historic Centre trip

The journey will be approximately 2 hours to the Port. With a planned 15-minute comfort
stop at Sagunto. If we don’t need to
stop then we will push straight onto the Port and expect to arrive between 11:45
to midday.
We will drop you at the Port for the World Paella Competition. You can sample some
of the paella for 5€ per plate and you can purchase drinks for 2€. Entrance to
the event is free.
We will
depart from the Port at 1:30pm to take you to the City Centre dropping off at
the Serrano Towers. The coach will leave
the Serrano Towers at 4:30pm sharp.
Please ensure that you are at the towers in plenty of time to meet the
coach.
We expect to return to Albir for 6:30pm and Benidorm at 6:45pm.
When we get to the Serrano Towers there is an optional Historic Centre group walk being hosted by Wendy.
This will be a gentle circular walk through the
heart of historic Valencia

If you would like to join in please just see Wendy when
you disembark from the coach.
Please note that the tour will not be stopping for lunch, just a coffee
break and it is suggested that you eat at the Paella Competition before coming
into the city centre if you want to join the tour.
